Are you a true best friend and would you do anything you could for your bezzy??????Do you do everything together and do your partners get jealous?

My best pal is great! Because we're both nurses we work different shifts so don't get much social time together, but we do text or talk on the phone every day to catch up! We're both married but are both in relationships where our husbands and ourselves are very independent so they do their thing (not together- they don't know each other that well) and we do ours, either together or with other friends. Our husbands don't mind one bit if we do spend time together. For example we went to Berlin together last month for a weekend and it wasn't an issue at all. I suppose we're both quite lucky! However, I think that balance is very important! If I felt that I hardly saw my hubbie because of work or spending too much time with friends, I'd feel uneasy about it and try to make more effort! Would I do anything for my bezzy? Yes, within reason! We've both been through very rough times recently for different reasons. I was in a very bad car crash 18 months ago and her Dad died in August and we were there for each other through it all! It's the tough times that really prove whether or not someone's a true friend!X

i would do anything for my best freind and when she was down i encouraged her to go to the pub with my partner so he could help her get a new boyfriend. He doesn't mind he's a good friend to her too.

I am I have a group of friends 9 girls that havew been friends since kindergarden - junior high and are all still true friends today. No my partner is friends with some of them that is just how it goes..

sorry to break the spell but my so called best mate of 10 years ended up in bed with my ex partner i thought she was great but believe me if it comes to a choice between you and a man you will loose

a few years ago i would have, even going so far as to kill. but now after i've been ostracised by so-called friends because i've set up home with my fiancee and continually been ignored when ive invited them down for a right piss up i wouldnt even go to their parents funeral (god forgive me). how can i justify this attitude, well it wasnt them who more or less dragged me from the gutter when i had nothing and gave me a home.

I have got a wide range of friends, who I know that are there for me when I need them, and vice versa!
I know people who live in eachothers pockets (or up eachothers ar$es) I can't be like that, it's too much!

YES!! my best friends boyfriend, cannot stand it when me and me best are talking and stuff.. he always says stuff like; "i want you to talk to me like you do britt!!" it gets soooooo old. But i love my best friend and i would do any-thing for her. (even if her boyfriends are evil.. sometimes.) haha. ;)
