I have an idea for a product, how can I pitch my idea to companys or just anybody without my idea getting stolen?

You can ask them to sign an NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement). Unfortunately, sometimes some organizations, especially potential investors, do not sign an NDA. The other approach would be to file a patent. You can start by a provisional patent which pretty cheap.

patent it first; or have those who pitch it to sign a confidentiality agreement. See an attorney who can explain the pros and cons of each option and set this up for you.

Tell me about it, I'll give you a third party opinion, and even if I wanted to steal your idea, I don't have the resources.
