Does cows milk taste gross if the cow has gotten into an onion patch?

Actually, yes, the cow can pick up the taste of something strange that it eats. That is why dairy cows are so carefully fed and watched. They are usually kept on good grass, which will not effect the taste of the milk you drink.

It is undrinkable and the smell will tell you that. When I was a teenager, I milked our cow twice daily and the minute the milk started coming out you could smell the strong odor. I usually took the milk directly to the pig sty and dumped it into their trough. It wasn't fit to be taken into the house let alone to be drank. The pigs didn't really like all that much but they will eat anything.

I did artwork journey at a dairy farm when I went as much as Wales. He milked his cows each 12 hours - at 5.00am and 5.00pm. something of the time became spent sorting different issues out on the farm, with the calves and moving cows in distinctive fields, taking good care of the flowers etc.

I don't know, but maybe. When I was growing up, we used to get some milk from a dairy farm and when the cows ate alfalfa the milk tasted foul.

I think that if a cow ate pussy the milk would smell fishy. But that's just my opinion.

Are you watching the Bernstein Bears? I think that one was on the other day... I have heard that it does put the milk off tho.
