Only get married If you have found your soul-mate, if not there is just no point at all cause it will end in divorce unless you like being with someone your not 100% in love with.

When I was married I thought that it was the best. My best friend was always close by and we could share many things together. After I found out she was cheating on me I kind of changed my mind. After a few years of being single I think this life is a little better.

Well I wanted very much to be married, and in my rush made a poor decision. After seven years we divorced and I am now living with my boyfriend. We have been together for five years and are very happy. We have NO intentions on getting married since why fix what isn't broken. WE think ourselves married, but jsut haven;t signed a piece of paper and said I DO in front of the preacher man.
Everyone has their own things that works. Only advise I have don't allow ANYONE to tell you how to live your life though. I though I had to get married because that is what my mom did, but I was wrong and my dad doesn'e like that I am living with my boyfriend, but one day very recently he said that he was better than my ex-husband and he thought I had made a good choice.
It is your life and you have to suffer the consequences or benefits of your decision so live it yourself don't let anyone else tell you what to do.

I think it is better to be married since when you're married you can lean on each other for comfort. But if you are single you feel more lonely. Of course this applies different to people. I for example would rather be single because I don't want guys to hurt me emotionally.

Marriage (provided it's a good one) is better. Studies have shown married people live longer than single people.

I've been single and married. I prefer being in love and married. I love having the person I cherish most in the world with me.

They both have their advantages and disadvantages. Personally, I've learned to be happy both ways. When you feel "good" about yourself, you know what you want out of a marriage, and you don't have unrealistic expectations. You are happy being married. Should the marriage go bad through no fault of your own, you go back into what I call, "single mode". It takes a few months to get used to it again, but you do it, and are happy once again. :)

It depends on the person. Some people like the freedom that comes with being single and other need someone to spend their lives with.

Marry if you want children. Stay single if you don't.
