Depends a little on how high each storey is. Standard ceilings are 8', plus 1' for the flooring joists and finishing materials, so 180' divided by 9' would be 20 storeys. If it's an office building or hotel, they might have used 9' celings, making it 10' per floor, so that would be 18 storeys.

Too high to want to climb it. It depends on the height of the rooms. Is the
building old or new. If it's old, some of the rooms were 8-10 ft. high. If it's a newer
building, the rooms would be 8 ft. high? So it is really difficult to tell by the
amount of information that you gave. : }
