Hey sorry you feel that bad. For the breathing have you tried steaming your face under a towel with menthol cyrstals or just hot water? a good old hot bath (not too hot). drink plenty of fluids water herbal tea, fresh fruit juice too flush out the cold/flu and build your body up a bit. And plenty of rest (sleep if you can) hope this helps n hope you feel better!

get a humidifier to run at night, get Vicks Vapor rub and place on the chest and under the nose. Get a over the counter anti-congestant pill like Aleve Cold and Sinus to help rid yourself of the stuffy nose. Or you could just go to the Dr lol

Sleep! Try taking vitamin c and goldenseal, which have been shown to reduce the length and severity of a cold. Olive leaf extract is a natural antibiotic and could be helpful. Drink water, and chicken soup with lots of hot sauce works for me.

If all else fails you could try this yogic practice:
Get a large(ish) bowl of warm salty water, pinch one of your nostrils shut and inhale the salty water with the other nostril.
hold it for a moment then bend down and expel the warm water.
Do the same on the other side, a few times on both sides.
This will clear your sinus passages. Good luck

Nasal congestion impairs your ability to breathe and this can make you feel nauseous. It can also affect your sense of taste. Try a nasal decongestant and Breathe Rite nasal strips. Hope this combination works for you. I am unable to help you with whatever else ails you as you haven't described the fundamental problem.

Drink lots of orange juice (Vitamin C) and try some of that stuff you put on your chest with the strong smell. It doesn't smell great but it will clear up your stuffy nose problem.
