In general. you need to be operating in multiple countries and pushing your products via some very heavy advertising via 'quality' media - eg. Sunday Times rather than Sunday Sport :-)

You also need favourable press coverage (i.e. you need to hand out a lot of freebie's to those who can give the product exposure)
