I got my iPod about 3 years ago. It's the original iPod, not one of the newer versions. It won't charge on the wall mount or the computer connection. How much would it cost to fix, or should I just cash up and get a new one?

Warning:This will erase yours songs off your iPod, you can add them through iTunes-
Press the center button (on the clickwheel) and the power button at the same time, an apple screen should appear (with apple logo) this is like re-booting your iPod.

if you have a warranty take it to the place you bought it and exchange it, after explaining the problem. otherwise you're going to have to spring for a new one. You may be able to call the GeekSquad at BestBuy and ask them if there is a way to fix it. iPods tend to break after that long. ..ive had 4 in the last 2 years from battery problems...if you do buy a new one, then buy a warranty so you can get a new one for free next time it dies! good luck!
