Well, either he has 5 or 6 accounts--in flagrant violation of Yahoo Answers's own rules--or....somebody is paying him to be a troll. Might be Yahoo itself, might not be.
Either way, the only sure way to be rid of it is to fight dirtier than it does. Meaning, "smiler", you round up as many of your buddies here as you can, and whenever this person shows up.....
You pile on him a dozen or more at a time. Meaning you and *twelve or so* of your best friends agree in advance to Report the guy's current stuff....*and then* go to his Profile and Report EVERYTHING he's ever done for Abuse. If Yahoo ends up having to send out 12 or more Violation Notices for *every* Question, *every* Answer and *every* Best Answer he has, eventually they will have to suspend *any* account he gets from his email address. And yes, one person likely cannot do it alone as it will backfire and get you the Violations instead (because Yahoo *Loves* their Trolls, Bots and Scum, that is why...they're a multi-BILLION dollar corporation, and they got that way by virtue of promising a lot and then *not being bothered* to deliver).
But there it is. Yahoo WILL NOT, not cannot, but *will not* do anything constructive about freaks like this. They are too busy harrassing legitimate users like us with this "Reporter Girl" crap (and yeah, I'll say it....Reporter Girl IS breaking rules, she is implicitly Harrassing and Insulting Other Members just by being *who she says she is*). So yeah, it's going to have to come down to someone organizing an online *lynch mob* and actually having wolf-packs of angry, legitimate users hunt down Trolls and *flood them* with more Violation Notices than what even Yahoo Inc. can ignore. As in a few hundred a *day*.
It sucks. I know. We'd all rather just chill, be here, and have fun here. But this is what happens when the Powers That Be refuse to be responsible. Eventually good people get fed up and *seize power*.
(just do me a favor.....let me know the night before it happens so I can hide under a *rock* until it's all over, ok? I don't want my lack of popularity around here to get me *targeted*, all right?)

That is a good question. There are kids on this website that REALLY need to see that even less than those of us that DON"T want to see it.
I would love get ahold of him and show him some stars as he was knocked about. How is it that faster than Bob's your Uncle you get an answer pulled, but this guy gets to keep that? The good news is that the itty bitty picture is "life size" for that tosser.

Do what a lot of others have done and report him. And a lot of the blatent sexual content wants removing also. There are a lot of children here that shouldn't be subjected to it.
As for him coming back under a different name, Yahoo will trace his location and ID number and block him

i know i have reported him because i think the picture is unsiutible for youngster's on Yahoo! Answer's
i cant find his question ether i think he might of deleted it cause he was loosing point's!

He's doing it because he's getting attention - the more people comment, report of give him any kind of attention the more he'll get off on it. Just ignore him and he will go away.

If he's on Yahoo! Answers, i don't know how he's getting away with it because Yahoo! Answers always gives violations to people to do that.
