I dance ballet and I want to use it particularly for improving turn-out, so it has to be quite long, 3mts?

Preferences change over time, no doubt, but when I was a budding ballerino the recommended length for an exercise band wanting to improve turn-out was a minimum of five hours. Seven if we wanted to make it to the Big Show. Some people tried to take shortcuts with a two hour turn-out exercise band, but those were usually the short-timers trying to take the easy way out, and even then, generally ended up getting beaten down by the long-timers

But as I say, things were a lot more strict back in the day, so if you want to take your pansy 3mts for doing the most important activity in your life, go right ahead. I mean, it's not like anyone cares anymore anyway. It's all about instant gratification, and if there's anyway to get gratification in an instant out of improving turn-out in an exercise band, it'd be a 3mts one. So I say go for it.
