I know two movies:
1. Sean Young who was an actress with a cowboy
2. Sandra Bullock who was recently divorced with a cowboy (Hope Floats)
but I don't remember one with Julia Roberts

It's called Something to Talk About. She's married to Dennis Quaid, but they split up, and she dates a cowboy.She works on a horse farm in the movie, and the guy is someone that's selling them a horse.
Great movie!
