Could there perhaps be another definition for the word 'sprung' beside the slang term for erection (never heard it myself but...)
OR
Is Beyonce really secretly a dude and accidently writes these lines late at night when shes (I mean he's) tired, and carelessly forgets she is pretending to be a girl. The real Beyonce exposed by you and your clever skills at reading between the lines.
