i am not able to view profiles on yahoo games even though pop up blocker is off?

i use to be able to view profiles but i cant anymore when i play a game. i also tried holding down the ctrl key when clicking profile

restart you computer and try it again and at the top it should say something about the pop up cause it should have a ? mark up their and you read the directions
