You will need a black surface as a perfect absorber. A black teflon bake sheet is best. Then set that at angle perpendicular to the sun. You will need to angle that so its directly perpendicular. Then you will need a large magnifying glass about 12 inch in diameter with a focal length of about 36 inches. Mount that at exactly the focal length of the one you purchase. I believe you can still buy that kind of a magnifying glass at BostonScientific for about $20 or so in their hobby section.
Your oven built this way will achieve a temperature of around 450 degrees and will cook pizza easily, but only on a sunny and bright day.

300 degrees is far from it. You need at least 140 degrees to cook most bacteria, 170 for Pork and about 180 for chicken. Your heat only reaches 275 for deep frying.
I wouldn't suggest eating anything with what your cooking with. What your doing is making bacteria, like in a autoclave used in a laboratory for growing germs. Get rid of it and find out the proper method for solar heat.

When did you test it, when it was 40 degrees outside? Just a clear box will reach over 120 degress in the sun, without any reflectors. Pizza can be eaten raw, but food generlly needs to be 160 degrees to kill bacteria. You can acheive that with a refelctive box with one side made of clear glass or plastic, pointed towards the sun.

Not even close - you will need at least 300 degrees, minimum, if you want to safely cook pizza.

The only thing 70 degrees will do is promote bacteria. The ingredients will probably all spoil and if you should eat it, you won't take more than one bite.
