On Friday during Art, this new girl tells the girls that she likes this boy and wants to write him a love letter. So she writes the letter with my friend and asks people to give the note to the boy she likes. She asks me I say no, then she asks the guy's friend and he says I can't lie to him. I don't want to get involved with this...how do I tell people that I am not a part of this and move on...this is pissing me off. pleaz help... the new girl thinks I am her friend too. So how can I tell the girl to handle this situation delicatly.

First, she should just give the guy the note herself.
From what you said it doesn't sound as if you are a part of it. You just happened to be there and she asked you to help her out. There's no reason for you to get involved. Just don't worry about what other people are thinking.
