Getting a B in Calculus is very impressive. Besides, jobs don't look at your grades in college just to check if you have a degree. Be happy with your B because Calculus is hard.

The only "F" I ever got was in High School calculus. After the first semester, it was so obvious there was nothing I could do to salvage my grade, so my teacher let me skip clas every day and "go to the library." We had an agreement, if I got busted, he didn't know anything about it!
Try getting a tutor through your college, and speak with your instructor. They will help you as much as possible. If you don't let him/her know you are having trouble, they won't have any leniency with you at all.

Haven't you ever heard of the grading system? This is what our teachers tell us.
A = Excelent
B = Above Average
C = Average
D = Below Average
F = Fail
See you're only a failure if you get an F.

B's are great especially in Calculus that is a very hard subject you should be proud of yourself. You might want to go to office hours or see a tutor to help you with that miracle.

then, get a tutor, and repeat the above.
