Bad rings, valve guides or burnt valves.

If it is an exhaust valve then your fuel air mix is not geting burnt properly, check the colour of your spark plugs to see if they are a light tan brown, as that indicates the proper burning temperature of the fuel.

If it is an intake valve you have some major engine issues.
