That's like believing that if you have sex you'll go blind. If you believe you won't, then you won't. You have to create your own truths not live other peoples truths. Chances are your parents didn't have chemistry together, or weren't in love with each other. Just make sure that who ever you marry, that you love them dearly shortcomings and all, and that they feel the same about you. Everything else will work itself out.
