I have been this way all my life, I am not gay But I most guys a Macho I could never tell a woman what to do . I would just melt if a women yelled at me. should I be the one in the Panties?

If you've been always like that you will never be a great macho man. You will recognise that a lot of women do not appreciate submissive men, but some do. And they will love you for being caring, submissive and maybe serve them.
Be yourself, be honest to yourself and to your girlfriend.
And if like to be submissive, then just be it.

Just because you've been that way for a long time, doesn't mean to say it'll always be like that. If you don't stand up for yourself then someone will take advantage of you, for sure.

you shouldn't wear the panties. find yourself a woman who won't yell at you, who will respect you. and try not to be intimidated by anyone, especially if you are not guilty of anything.
