The thing is i opened this cd (ciara evolution), and i only listened to it once but its not for me, so can i exchange it? I bout it at J&R in NYC. Id rather get Stadium Arcadium.

No. Once you open a CD, you can not return it for any reason other than it being defective, and then you can only exchange it for the same one.
Now, if you just bought it and you take it back ASAP, the management MAY make an exception. My suggestion if you try doing this is be as courteous as possible. Explain the situation and tell them you are willing to trade it in for store credit (if you ask for your money back, they will more than likely flat out refuse). If you are nice about it, they MAY make an exception. Just don't expect it, and thank them for their time either way.
Having worked in retail for years, I can tell you that the more polite and courteous you are, the more willing management will be to work with you. I make no guarantees on this working, but it is worth a shot.

probably not i just got that cd too. about half of its good and tha other half is just... well i dnt kno what tha hell she was thinkin... i like dat one sond that go a little G to tha H to tha E to tha T a little T to the O im just GHETTO im jus me
