The unborn child is the property of the woman who is carrying it. Only she can make decisions concerning her own body.....
A tree is a tree and the government has plenty of rules in place that permits them to make decisions about that tree.....
Now, if you actually had to carry the tree in your uterus and give birth to it, the tree would no longer be any of the governments concern.

well, as a male American, the first part of your "question" doesn't apply to me at all, but, a woman's body is hers and hers alone, and until the government can carry a fetus to full term, you're out of luck, slappy.
as for your "trees", I have absolutley no idea what the hell you're taling about, and I am guessing that neither do you.
