Would I be able to make it as a.....?

Question

Im 14 and ive been considering acting and modeling for awhile now. But acting i would really love to do, mainly theater.
I have a few pictures here:

i forgot that my profile is private. but im starting to think im to short for modeling

This has been something I've been trying to figure out for a long time. For me acting is my passion, but its a very hard to get into. And it doesn't pay well so really you'd need another job. Modeling is also very very hard to get into as a career.
First you need to be very tall. Like very very tall. Second you have to be skinny. Now from your picture I couldn't tell if you were either or not. There are exceptions to the tall and skinny rule but they are very rare. Soo... I'd say find a steady thing you want to do. Then use it as a fall back.

I can't look at your pictures because I'm at work, but modeling/acting takes money. You have to be on time, basically have no other job, get a portfolio, get a modeling agency then go to interviews, and when you do get a job.... it's fun, but not that fun.

I used to be a runway model (I did like 3 shows, then stopped, not enough money for the amount of travel they wanted), but I had a portfolio, and those pictures can run you a pretty penny.

So get a portfolio, some professional pics, and get a modeling agency and see what they can offer you. They take models any shape, size, and you MUST have personality.

For the acting side, get involved with the drama group at your high school. If your town has amateur theatre, get involved with it as well. And when you turn 18, try to get on with one of the theatre groups in a larger town, probably where you will be going to university. It's not necessary to have a university degree to be an actor but it's amazing the number of stage actors who came out of university theatre to the stage.

Professional New York City models must be weigh 125 pounds, with a height of 5'9" tall. These are new requirements as of this year.

your profile is private so we cant see your pictures, only the main one. you probably would not make it as a model because it doesnt look like you are stick thin ot very tall, but acting is a definate posibility if you are good at it.
