where is the fuel pump located on a 1990 plymoth laser?

it should be in the fuel tank.

Fuel Tank at the rear and the Pump in the front under the bonnet.

The fuel pump is in the tank. There is a service port in the floor if I am not mistaken. Otherwise, you'll have to lower the tank to access the pump.
