No - I think that it's the fact that we're dealing with human beings who aren't perfect - on both sides of the aisle.

They say that absolute power corrupts absolutely.

It takes forces greater than ourselves to overcome the temptations offered to those in power.( May God help us all!)

The realignment in 1980 was on economic issues - maybe you think it was about religious issues because tens of millions of us routinely proclaim "Thank God we dumped the Keynesians."

I think this best dates back to the Kennedy-Nixon debates.

Do we want a president who has no sexual morals, or a president who has no political morals? Sure, it's a bit of an oversimplification, but it sure is funny how history repeats itself sometimes.

First you dEMS WANT THE REPUBLICANS TO BE MORE LIKE YOU AND WHEN ONE IS YOU BLAST HIM! if a republican touches a child or is gay or has an affaire you blast him. If he is already a Dem you protect him and give them awards!
