i don't see why this is such a big deal but i suppose it's because she wanted people to stop seeing her as such an object. I think she wants people to appreciate her for other things besides her look. What I love is how when an "american sweetheart" does something so unfemine like this the whole world thinks she has some serious issues.
there are things far more blasphemous (and 'normal' might i add) that she's done in her career and now when she decides to make herself unattractive she's insane.
please.
no matter how unstable she may seem to the rest of this pretentious and dolt ridden society at least she;s not afraid to take a risk. I mean, I'm not trying to be her biggest fan but i certainly don't think that loser leech federline should have custody. He should go back to pumping gas in kentucky or wherever the hell hes from with his other children that he doesn't want anything to do with because they don't come with a suitcase full of cash.
now, that being said...i don't like either of them...
but i think she's sick of having woman that parallel the teens from clueless and melrose place, along with the dribbling old men follow her career.
maybe this was her last ditch attempt to try and be sophisticated.

She wore extensions..maybe she just got so sick of the mess...she was high and it magnified and she went over the edge.
I have been in that place before...when I did drugs.
I did not shave my head...but I did cut off my long beautiful hair....years ago...it grew back...

What I read was that she was either high or drunk and went to the hair salon and told them to just shave it all off then she went to rehab

brittney shaved her head becuase of drugs and stress and i read she cant stand living with the fact that she was so stupid!!!

I heard that K-Fed threatened to have her hair tested for drug abuse so that he would have leverage on the custody case so she went and shaved it all off.
