Yes I think it's Education!! That's a decision you usually have to make before you are old enough to know it's importance.
So many aren't prepared to make that choice. But it has everything to do with what the rest of your life (career) will be like and who your friends will be. It also determines your level of social and economic status. We don't see that until we can turn around and look back on what we could have done with our youth by planning realistically, including how much education we could have afforded.
So if you are asking which decision is most important, then I say Education because it is the first really big one we all have to make. @8-)

Every decision changes your life but, the one that makes the difference between fulfillment and an unlived life is whether or not you choose to set goals for yourself and go after them or be a follower and let someone else decide what you should be and do.
Having a dream and working you butt off to make it come true is the most wonderful thing anyone can have. Everything else becomes dissatisfying.
Decide to live YOUR LIFE! Dream big and go for it! Everything else, love, marriage, etc will come in the process.

Having Children. Other decisions can be reversed. This one is for the rest of your life. You can get a divorce, go to college, change your career, etc. But once you have children, they are yours for life. If you decide to have children, my advice is: ENJOY THEM

I think the most important decisions to make are the choices you make to get to those points. Like how you choose to live your life, how you grew up, how you made a difference. Anything you choose to lead up to chocies you need to make when your older.

Used to be marriage, but now divorce is so common...
Deciding to have kids is important, though. You can't reverse that. They exist, even if they're not near you, and you can't erase them from your memory either. They change everything about the way you live...
