A growth spurt is just that...a spurt. It isn't the end all be all for growing. You are a girl and so are probably about at the end of your growing but I would imagine that you probably have another 0.5 to 2 inches left in there. Are you desiring to be a model or something? Don't worry so much about height! There are models of all shapes, sizes, and heights!
But back to the basics...you will continue to be able to grow until your growth plates close. I would use your parents to guage where you will stop and also look at your baby book to see how tall you were at 24 months and then double it.
Hope some of this helps!

When I was 17 I was 5 ft. 2 in. I had a child that year. When I went for a check up at 19, before conceiving my second child I was measured by the nurse and I was 5 ft. 5 in. So I guess my answer to you is that , yes, you can grow- Another interesting fact - at the other end of the scale- I am now 56 years old and last year at my physical I was 5'5". This year I have shrunk to 5'4". So as you get older , you may shrink - ha ha.....

Growth is generally dependant on your genetics, so most of your growth will occur during your childhood and adolescence. So, between the ages of 10-18 in girls the bodies will change alot, (Growing, Getting Taller, Genetalia Development, etc.) So generally after you go through puberty, you will NOT grow any longer unless you plan on getting a leg lengthening procedure.

Girls stop growing at around 17 and boys stop growing at around 20 from what I learned in nursing school. If you are active in sports there is even more of a chance for you to grow more. There is thing called the ephiseal plate that are located in your joints and they are actually cartilage like bones...when you finish puberty they calcify and close up so that you can't grow anymore. Being active definately will help you grow more but it also depends on your genes.

Men and women can keep growing usually until 20 years old. Women, after they begin menstruation, taper off more rapidly than men. Most women are at their final height around 15-16 years old.
