well any drugstore or pharmacy but since it is something you take everyday i strongly suggest you take separate softeners cause it can cause diarraea and dehydration. i take softeners only when i dont eat alot of fiber because i got really bad right before i found out i was pregnant and the doctor suggested against them all together and a better diet for your babys sake. and to help alittle if you have morning sickness and want to get fiber i eat a piece of whole wheat bread b4 i get up in the morning. good luck and congrats

I take over the counter "Nature Made" Multi Prenatal supplements and my customary practitioner stated that replaced into advantageous. He stated the prenatal supplements have been just to be sure you get sufficient folic acid and iron, yet that each little thing else could come from a healthful meals regimen. They comprise 800 mcg of folic acid (and in basic terms 4 hundred-600 is suggested) plus they comprise particularly some iron and different meals a pregnant lady desires :- ) I even have used those with the two one in each of my pregnancies and introduced captivating healthful toddlers, so i could talk on your customary practitioner approximately it yet i do no longer see any reason to pay 40.00 a month!

there are Rx ones which cost too much, but if you ask the pharmacist for the generic ones, you might get it a bit more cheaper.... the difference between the Rx and over the counter is mostly with the Folic acid and iron level content.... most OTC ones are actually higher in micronutrients level content. Most pharmacies should have available OTC prenatal vitamins.....

Never heard of a prenatal vitamin with a stool softener? Call your local pharmacy (IE. Walgreens, Thrifty, Savon) and ask the pharmacist.

You can buy otc prenatal vitmns at any Walmart store. They are on the shelf along with the rest of the vitmns. They don't come with a stool softener in them, but you can buy them at walmart also. Look buy the laxatives. Your right. Will need softeners with all that iron.
