get to the ob and they will give you a prescription to quell the nausea. I was prescribed Phenegran.
It is not healthy for you or the baby to not be able to keep anything down. It depletes your body of the nourishment that you badly need right now.

You need to talk to a professional about your sickness. That is definitely NOT healthy, especially losing 15 pounds in the past month and you are 10 weeks pregnant! Go see someone and take better care of yourself!

You could ask your doctor to write you something out for it.
I threw up from the time i was 8 weeks morning, noon and night until the day i had my son. It was awful and nothing heped me. I only gained 10 pounds during pregnancy. My son was born healthy though so that is all that matters. Some people just have it worse than others and sometimes nothing helps it.

Have you tried papaya tablets? Also, syrup of cola was originally invented to ease the symptoms of morning sickness. You physician or nutritionist can give even better suggestions, but the papaya tablets have worked wonders for a lot of women, worth a try at least.

15lbs is too much im 9 weeks and miserable too i feel hungry but when i eat i want or i do vomit and the doctor suggested just snack all day or snack meal snack snack meal snack snack meal then snack or try ginger i heard it works but i gotta try it asap im tired of this nausea. if you keep vomiting everything you NEED to go to the hospital cause your most likely dehydrated and that is extremly dangerous to the baby and you!!

try eating crackers, bread and srinking ginger ale this could help relieve morning sickness hopefully long enough so you can digest some food for your baby. I would also speak to your ob/gyn. Good Luck

Have you tried Sea Bands? They're wrist bands that press on a pressure point on your wrists, supposed to help stop nausea.
You can also buy something at a drug store to stop nausea...supposed to be safe, it's a liquid, can't remember the name offhand.

Eat the BRAT diet ( bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) it helps alot. If that doesn't help ask you doctor about phenergan.
