when do they jump forward an hour to go from gmt to bst?

I am in UK and getting very confused - is it just USA changing tonight or is it us too?

Clocks in the UK are advanced 1 hour at 02:00 hrs on 25th March. As an aid to memory, they always go forward on the last Sunday in March. As previously advised, unless you are up and about at that time, reset your clocks just before going to bed.

Sat. 24/ Sun. 25 early morning, at 3am so put them forward an hour before you go to bed on the Sat night.

Today. actually, I believe it is technically at 2 am tomorrow morning....but most people just set their clocks before they go to bed. If you have a cell phone it should set itself, and digital cable does it on it's own too. Happy Spring!!
