How can you make your CV sound more interesting if you don't have many qualifications and have only had one job in 14 years? And what kind of hobbies do you put on it? Do you put your IQ on there if you have taken the proper Mensa test?

Ideally, a resume or CV should be one page long. If you have 14 years of experience at a job, you ought to have some accomplishments, such as: "15% over sales goal for 2006" or "Supervised section of 10 employees" or "Wrote Standards and Practices Manual." Put that sort of thing in but don't overdo it. Keep your hobbies, marital status, interests and club affiliations out of your CV. If your IQ score is pertinent to the position for which you are applying, include it. If it has no bearing upon whether you're hired or not, don't.
