Hi. I have had my ears pierced for years, and I havent found anything that doesnt irratate my ears at all. Ive tried Sterling Silver, Gold (dont know what karat), Nickel-Free, Lifetime Guarantee Against Sensitivity, and of course, regular cheap earrings. The ones for Sensitive ears are the the best, but I still get a little puss, sensitivity, and crusties on the back about half the time. I have to keep earrings in all the time, or they are hard to get through the next day, and that causes them to get more irratated. I always use small studs though. Thanks for all the help (and dont tell me to go to the doctor)

Use only gold, pure, 21,22, or 24 kt. Anything less will give u problems.

There are some earrings (mostly studs) that have a plastic backing instead of a metal, perhaps something like that would work for you. I've also heard (although I've never personally tried it) that clear nail polish on the back of the earring can help against irritation.

You seem to have tried pretty much everything. Id try plastic posts.... they are hard to get but i wouldnt think they would cause you problems. Try ebay sellers often have them on there.
You can also get hypoallergenic earrings which you may be ok with. Although I cant wear them which is mad really as you arent meant to be allergic to them ever!! I have trouble with lots of metals like you... but I find I can wear sterling silver so im lucky there... and I also wear plastic posts so try them.

Sterling Silver,and Gold are better for me. The other earrings, I get tend to get a allergy reaction .

Use gold hoops. The kind that you can twirl. Wear them all the time. Don't take them out. The backs on studs can be irritating.

try 24 karat gold. you might be able to wear those. hope this helps!!!
