low calorie diet is best to lose 1lb.u must eat 3500 cal less if you want to lose cut 500 cal perday and youl lose 1lb a week dont eat less than 1200cal per day and exercise lol

if you are not overweight you dont
need to be on a diet
if you have hypertension ((high blood pressure ))
see a Dr he/she will recomend what you should do
