Stick around and you will lose your sense of humor in this section, where a bunch of uneducated people not in search of answers, bashes and trolls every day.

I am sorry, I tend to get a little bit upset when someone half of my age and one quarter of my education calls me names. It's true - I'm more depressing than spoiled milk.

Oh my God! I see what you mean! I was getting humourless and grouchy -- does this mean my Prozac was wearing off?

Qvick! Get me to the castle of Count Frankenschtein -- I need a brain transplant - qvick - oy vay!!!

I hope I do even if it is a little feeble.
I am a Methodist, yet I can laugh at myself and ask questions like " What is your idea of a really heavy drink ?" or "If you were Miss Muffet ?" ( what would you say to the spider ?
I have laughed till I cried at such questions as "If you had a penis".
No we are not humorless, stogy people.

Not really. It depends on what you find funny also you are purely typing a script without any intonation therefore some people might not be aware of your humour or share the same humour. I guess it depends on what you're saying and what kind of a mood the person reading what you are posting is in.

well it depends on how you word things, there are and have been a lot of people who come to this forum just to gaybash. If you're like "all you goddamn f*ggots are going to hell." then of course you'll get negative feedback. Gay issues are very serious for gays and lesbians, it's our life that we're fighting for, our right to live and love the same as everyone else. We take it very seriously, it's not a joke to us. many people come here because they either know someone who is gay or is gay themselves and they have questions. I'm not trying to be rude, but if people want to tell jokes or want to meet someone with a "sense of humor" there is a "jokes and riddles" section.

if you are into a relationship, such as in the gay relationshipp, and i have had the same partner for six years now. anyways, in trying to explain our anwsers in the gay sections here, threw our different experiencess,(and working on different questions here in our travells) anyways, we try and just get too the heart of the materr, threw out our experiencees as a gay couple. sometimes we try and be humorous but we think people out theere are loking for real anwsers too lives troubles and in this era, yes the humorr has gone its rush here and there and people want real anwsers. its tough too try and give you humorr. we have had vast troubles in our young 22 years, and some good times etc as a true gay couple. but humor nowdays is jus t gone out the window.

OH MY GOD! YOU'RE HATING AGAINST ME FOR NOT HAVING A SENSE OF HUMOR!! YOU BIGGOT!

We have a sense of humor, but we don't like being looked down upon. Get your head out of your @ss and get an appropriate sense of humor or leave this section. I seriously don't comprehend why you hang around here if you are against gays.

Well, there's a fine line between humor and being a jackass. Most of the time, we get a lot of jackasses, so most of us are on edge when it comes to that. Me, I shrug it off most of the time. You just gotta be careful, and ignore when people let their emotional baggage hit your question in the face.

My humours are fine.

But you can't let your defenses down enough for a good belly laugh when all the fun-duh-mentalists and other assorted bungholes spend their days leaving insulting and threatening messages.

Current affairs and hatred going around make the situatiuon rather sensitive. Having someone we dont see and hear writing something, that might be just a joke could just sound as making fun of us, or attacking us.
