the difference is between a unit that is "used" (pulled) and a unit that has the flaws repaired (refurbished)

refurbished usually mean that the system was repaired and windows was scratch loaded onto the system. If you by from the manufacturer....this is usually a warranty return that has been repaired and certified for warranty. If it is from a private or third party, buyer beware.

PULLED are computers that were pulled from a business as part of a major system rollout. Nothing necessarily wrong with the systems, and there is the assumption the systems were working prior to being pulled.-----BUYER BEWARE.
