It's Japanese anime porn. Cartoon porn is called hentai in Japan and its very popular over there for some odd reason...I hope i could help.

There is a distinction between ecchi and hentai. Hentai is written with adults in mind and therefore the explicit content and hence its popularity. Ecchi is for young adults and is limited to pantie shots and some nude scenes but no xxx. Some series are hard to classify and as society's morals change so does the cutoff between hentai and ecchi. Same as the US movie rating system.
