OK, IDK if you want to totally redo it, or just add some stuff for like $20 dollars.
My Suggestions are:
Get one of those manikins the fashion designers use to design dresses.
Maybe put a runway or just a red carpet in your room
Get some fashion magazine covers and frame them or Get big blown up pictures of like designer handbags or pictures of models on runways.

To make your room fashion themed, you could have it with a sewing machine and a mannequin that you put clothes your favorite outfits on or your own designs on. Or you could make it Paris themed with all kinds of designers names and styles on a wall. Then get a bunch of pictures of your favorite pieces of clothing and/or shoes and frame them and put them on the wall!

Buy frames at a craft store, putcut out fashion that you like in them and create the room around the photos. It works all the time.

Put pictures of homeless people, starving children, factories, and condos being built over a used to be forest all over you wall.
This will remind you why fashion is not important, and how the media, ie music and television, have brainwashed you with fashion and music and scenes to keep you from seeing anything deeper in life.
Becuase damn, if too many people know whats really going on, the world might just change for the better.

put just the middle body mannequin in ur room with wutevr clothes ur wering the next day or wutevr, have a pinkish color to ur room in different shades, like maybe a swirly type of design on the walls w/ different shades of pink and a spread to match on ur bed

Well, my friend recently did her room in Paris themed, and it was gorgeous. She had a black and pick polka-dot comforter and so shams with the effile tower. It was really pretty.

Hooks on walls to hang your best bags on. Display your shoes on shelves or in clear boxes. Really make a focus of your clothes/wardrobe etc.
