i am emo , i wear the black make-up and things like that.
But sometimes rude people stare at me (mostly small children)

People stare because they aren't used to it.
Beyond that people are cruel to others that are different and unless they do something that really infringes on your freedoms they're pretty much entitled to being stupid.
I wonder why you wear this kind of make up if not trying to be noticed, and what kind of reaction if any you expect?

I used to be a goth and it didn't bother me at all, to me the people who were staring at me weren't in the same world as me if you know what I mean, so I just ignored them

yeah it bothers me. So people may stare at you but you should be happy with your style and not care what the other people think because you think you look good! Does that help?

i am not emo or goth,but people think i am because i hang out with skaters...people have strange judgments
anywayz there is this one kid who thinks i am an emo LEZ
ya and i am so straight its not even funny
i dont let it bother me because he doesnt know who i am and what i do!
dont let people who dont matter bring you down because all that matters is what you think of yourself.

yea that bothers me. my old friends keep on asking me why i turned emo. it's none of there bussiness. they blame my friend for turning me emo but it wasn't her that made me turn that way. i wanted to tur that way. uh.. that bothers me a whole lot.
