The name is supposed to mean first daughter or female child born to a family. I have looked for it online to confirm this but I cannot find it anywhere allthough when I search I find other people that have that name.

If it is muslim, it is most likely not arabic.

Searching google I found kijai/kiyahi to mean "venerable" - it is the title of honour bestowed upon male(!) muslim clerics in Java. The word also appears in some hindu prayers directed at female goddesses, so you might want to investigate in that direction.
