if failures come,how to make it as success,what r the things ,need to learn from it???

When failure happens, and it must if you are to be successful you must look at what YOU did wrong and what YOUR contribution was that messed it up. YOU can only adjust yourself, the rest, is up to the world, but if YOU can do this, you will be so far ahead of the crowd.

You need to be more specific! Failure is part and parcel of the game. If something goes wrong on the job, determine what went wrong and what processes can be changed/corrected to avoid the same thing in the future.
