I would recommend using the CTA blue line to the loop then the Orange line to Midway. The travel time would be about 80 to 90 minutes in total but the service is safe & reliable and the fare is only $2.00! There is also a private service operated by Coach USA but really isn't that much faster and costs about $20 Good luck!

Orange line of the cta you can pick that up at Midway and head into Chicago. Catch the blue line to O'hare. This is cheapest and stress less too.

Leave O'hare take 294 south to 290 east, exit Cicero ave.
Go south on Cicero Ave, look for the signs you can't miss it.

I do believe there is a bus (a nice coach bus - not a city bus) that goes between the two. Check out Van Galder or Coach USA.

cta to downtown (subway) than out to ohare field. call or visit the cta website for help there too. it is about an hour in terms of time probably.
