To tell a lie is a habit of an individual. It is based on the environment and culture he or she is living. It is not gender based. It is totaly dependent on the individual's own values and charector.

It really depends on who the person is and what their morals are within them. It also can depend on situation, being put under pressure can cause the most honest person to lie.
