when you're aroused, the blood rushes to your genitals so you could simply be dizzy because your brain is temporarily a bit short on blood. Or perhaps this is a sign you are nearing orgasm? I'm not sure.

So you're telling me that when you are having sex with your husband or when you are in bed asleep with your husband? Could be anxiety, since you're too embarrassed to even write the word sex, I doubt you feel to comfortable performing the act, it could be that you're not aroused enough to orgasm or not given the right stimulus, it could be "le petit mort" - when woman faint during sex or just the normal dizziness since all the blood is being shunted away from your head. (This is why, contrary to popular opinion, sex is good for headaches.)

So long as you can still orgasm while masturbating, I wouldn't worry to much. Slow it down with your husband and try different things. Practice masturbating during your normal sexual activity with him so you get use to orgasming without fainting.

Good Luck.
