Ive been sleepiing on the floor since January and sometimes when I wake up I have a little bit of back pain. Its nothing at all severe and its only some nights. Is this a sign of scoliosis?

(I do have a bed, I just prefer the floor, lol)

Should I go back onto my bed?
Is there a way I can check for scoliosis in my own home or should I get to the doctor A.S.A.P?

I lay out two comforters on the floor to sleep on. Im not sleeping on a hardwood floor or anything, the floor is carpeted.

It probably isnt scoliosis
scoliosis is when u r back in unalined and mis-shaped
its probably isnt that severe, but i would go back on ur bed.
If u are worried still though, go to the ciropractor and he will re-aline ur back
good luck

Back pain for young people in general is a bad sign..
go see a doctor...
meanwhile, as far as scoliosis goes..80% of scoliosis is called idiopathic scoliosis and they are not caused by sleeping on the floor.

However, sleeping on the floor can cause spasmodic muscles which could give you antalgic or posturer scoliosis which are more temporary and milder form of scoliosis which can be treated fairly easily..

Go see a chiropractor...

Most of the millions of people in Japan and Korea sleep on the floor and they, as a cumulative bunch, are probably healthier than the rest of the world.
