Why would you say that??? you do know that you kan hurt people by saying that right. however, if you dislike someone, you can also say that you like others better, in that way you won't hurt the person too much. in fact, you are saying then 'i like you less' instead of saying the cruel 'i hate you'.

The correct answer to your question is to not do it. Hate is the strongest most vile 4 letter word in the English vocabulary. While many young immature children sling it around like its nothing, as you get older, you should realize that it has a deep and profound meaning. It means you have given up on your own self, your own ability to forgive. If you cannot forgive, then you are inadvertently hating yourself, because nobodies perfect and we all need to be able to forgive ourselves and ask for it to. And that goes hand in and with listening for it, or even going 1 step further and offering it without waiting. No matter what the crime, drama, or situation, No matter what religion theology or beliefs you have, You must instead try to understand a person who you dislike, look at their point of view, and if all else fails maybe even pity them, but please don't hate them.

Usually you don't. It's pretty petty to make it a point to tell someone you hate them. Usually it's best just to ignore that person so both of you can go on with your lives without any pettiness and bickering.
