i want to lose weight im 5''8 n weight 130 i want to weight 110 help plz

good diet. then work out starting small.. if you work out too much at once your body will think it is starving and you will gain weight instead.

Ah same here i'm 12 though it seems like everyone else is either rude or not as specific as in this answer that i'm gonna give you. Well everyday you need to walk outside for about 30-60 minutes for the whole day so if it's to much chop it down to 6 times a day 10 minutes each. Now do a full body crunch how you do that is lift your legs while lying on the floor and bring your chest and legs in after about 10 you'll feel the burn. Now that you have That it's time for eating. Anything that is tempting to you that is in your house write it on a piece of paper and say this is what i'm not going to eat for a week on Sunday you can have a little treat then get back to 1500 Cal's. a day. Exercise with healthy eating. I mean exercise more is definatly key. It will help your health over all. Give you more energy, and helps to burn off fat. Stick with cardio/ie running/ and it will help. Do at least 20min, after 15min of normal cardio your body changes from anaerobic to aerobic moeds helping you burn more. DON"T FORGET TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!! People think that eating less will help them lose wieght...WRONG! Eat healthy and enough to get you through the day without starving yourself. If you can't lose the weight then you might need to accept that everyone has different healthy body weights and that 130ish might be yours. I can't move too much out of my weight range much 10+- lbs for the last 10ish years. I can;t lose or gain its just how my body works. Hopefully you find what you are loking for.

wow hun, you're very tall, you're probably fine. You're only 14! you shouldn't be worrying about your weight now. Unless you're have a quincenera. But if you insist.

The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercises and eat healthy. Just by walking 20 minutes a day can help. Drink lots of water which will get rid of your toxins and some fat. And it will make your skin look great!

I know it sounds hard but if you really want to lose this, you'll stick to it.

Well you could just go on a water diet.

You drink souly water for a week and you
lose 5-10 pnds.

But remember, your not eating so you
have to drink large quantities of water.
So i'd drink about 10 large glasses of water
if not more everyday.

But if you do not like that or are a huge eater
than just eat your regular foods (maybe some healthier)
and do some situps and crunchies..
they pull in your stomache muscles.
Running also helps.

You could also buy some products such as slim fast,
or there's this machine you put it on your stomache
and it zaps your stomache which pulls your
stomache fat and causes it to diterierate.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Your height matches your weight. Don't try to lose weight. If you still think you are a little overweight, just eat healthy, and exercise, and you will lose some.

130 lbs is an absolutely perfect weight for you. 110 lbs is definately underweight and unhealthy

There's no reason to want to weigh 110. You would be like skin and bones at 5'8"

i think you should be very satisfied with your weight. your weight and your height match up perfectly! its only ok to weigh 110 if your like 5'5'' or less. and plus i think your too young to even worry about that, even though you have nothing to worry about!
