Say the US has embargoed all trade from Cuba, but not mexico, and sells arms to mexico, and mexico then sells the arms to Cuba... how can this be prevented? Are there laws to prevent souch a thing?

All nations that buy US goods must abide the US laws. If the US has imposed an embargo on Cuba no US goods can be re-sold to them by any second party. If they do so they are subject to fines and a trade embargo themselves.

i don't think there are any laws against it, unless mexico has an embargo w/ cuba
