Who gets the best deal in this trade?

1sizemore, sheffield, harang for 2morneau,damon, and bonderman. who gets the better trade 1 or 2?

by far its #1. harang is a top notch starter, much better than bonderman. sizemore is probably the best player in that whole group, and he will only develop more power. sheffield and damon are "equal" exchanges, though sheff offers much more power.

Sizemore and Damon are pretty close in production. Sheff is a solid player in a good position in a league that he can hit. Morneau has 1 good year - in which he couldn't handle the pressure of batting 4th - How is going to handle the pressure of reigning MVP? - Bonderman may maintain his ERA , WHIP and K and should put him even with Harang. But I am not convinced Bonderman is that consistent, he hasn't done very well against LH hitters or at home. And he is up and down so extreme you don't know which pitcher you are getting from day to day.

But the big key is, I think Morneau is over rated and Sheffield is under rated.

unless you believe Sheffield will have a monster year and you believe in Harang I would say 2. Morneau and Damon are studs and Bonderman should be better than Harang.

Depends if you need more power #s or speed. The trades are pretty even, but if you need sb's id go for the damon deal. Otherwise, id say the sizemore/sheff/harang deal.

1 by far. Morneau and Damon would be enough for the other 3.
