Do any of you have issues accessing Office Live?

Question

Microsoft is currently transfering Office Live Beta to the new release. For that reason I cannot access the site to edit. Any idea when they will be done?

I have recieved about 7 e-mails saying that the process is "almost complete" and to be able to access the website I need to accept the service agreenment. I cannot find the service agreenment to accep it.
