In response to 5: Let me just say that weights will be much more effective than nothing but these exercises. I know you asked for exercises w/o them, but it's true!

If you want to tone up you can do push-ups, crunches, sit ups, six inches, etc. But they'll only do so much. Especially for the chest area, you really need a bench press if you want serious results. Even free weights would be better than nothing. People use equipment for a reason.

1. Press ups, you can buy press up bars for about 4 pounds that make them more effective.
2. press ups with your arms close together.
3.Squats, stand with your feet the same width apart as your shoulders and bend your knees so that you are leaning into your a**.
4.another good one is crunches, like sit ups but try to bend just above your waist and not all the way.
Do it every other day to give your muscles time to heal and build up, and eat lots of protein.
